Our name refers to socio-economic rights. First generation rights are basic politi- cal rights like the right to life, freedom of association, freedom of movement, free political activity, freedom of speech, freedom from arbitrary imprisonment. Second generation’s rights are the right to food, health services, housing, land, and education.
We bring hope to people, and we involve them in the planning and execution of all projects. The empowerment of women and the youth is key, and our ability to work with these groups give us the edge.
